At Huerta Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and box to prevent damage, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
